Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at Business 20 and San Andres Dr in Midland, TX on May 27th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:20 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Sequoia operated by 56-year-old Vidal Franco was headed westbound in eastbound lanes of Business 20 prior to colliding with a Ford F-250. The crash caused Franco to suffer fatal injuries. The other driver was evaluated for possible injuries.
