Authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at I-45 and Tellepsen in Houston, TX on December 7th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12:28 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Grand Caravan was northbound on Gulf Freeway, approaching a disabled vehicle stopped in the northbound lanes.
