Harris County Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at FM 1960 and Ella Blvd in Harris County, TX on December 1st, 2021. They say the incident occurred around 1:20 a.m.  51-year-old Walter Hill is said to have been struck by a passing vehicle while either standing near or crossing outside a crosswalk. Hill is said to have suffered fatal injuries. The driver of the vehicle did remain at the scene for police. Additional information was not available.
