Police say the incident happened around 5:45 a.m. According to investigators, a GMC Sierra operated by 51-year-old Walter Kenneth Else was reportedly headed eastbound on Loop 281 when it veered across a shoulder for unknown reasons. The vehicle went down an embankment and struck a concrete drainage hole, causing it to overturn onto its left side.
