Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 287 in Waxahachie, TX on January 27th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:25 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 58-year-old Mineral Wells man reportedly crossed the roadway and failed to yield in the process, causing it to be struck by a GMC Canyon operated by 39-year-old Wendy Tucker Bryant. Bryant suffered serious injuries in the collision. The Mineral Wells man was cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way.
