Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at FM 2020 in Ector County, TX on January 10th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:50 p.m. A Chevrolet Silverado operated by 32-year-old Wesley Monroe Stacey was headed westbound on FM 2020 and is accused of performing an unsafe left turn into the path of a Dodge Ram. The vehicles collided and both drivers were hospitalized. Stacey is said to have suffered serious injuries and, due to suspicion of alcohol, a charge of Driving While Intoxicated was either recommended or issued against Stacey.
