Police say the incident happened around 11:10. p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Colorado head southbound is said to have hydroplaned into oncoming traffic before colliding with a northbound Dodge Durango. Following the initial impact, reports say the Chevrolet spin into a nearby fence, leaving 18-year-old driver, William Cupitt, seriously injured.
