Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at US 67 in Stephenville, TX on July 13th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:21 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Titan was attempting to cross Washington, allegedly failing to yield right of way in the process. Reports say the vehicle collided with a westbound Kia Soul. The driver of the Kia, identified as 83-year-old William Morris, was fatally injured. A 78-year-old passenger as well as the 44-year-old operator of the Nissan both had possible, unconfirmed injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
