Fort Worth Police are investigating a hit-and-run collision that killed a man at East Seminary Dr and Evans Ave in Fort Worth, TX on January 28th, 2022. Police say an unidentified man in a wheelchair was reportedly crossing the road around 6:45 a.m. at the intersection when he was struck by an unknown sedan. The sedan is said to have fled the scene without stopping to render aid or wait of authorities. The victim, later identified as 56-year-old William Russell, was transported to an area hospital with injuries he later died from. Additional information was not yet available.
