What Happened

Authorities are investigating a collision that injured a woman at FM 751 in Hunt County, TX on February 23rd, 2025. Police say the incident happened around 10:25 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Focus was traveling southeast when it veered into the opposite lane and collided with a Chevrolet Silverado, leading to a secondary collision with a GMC Sierra. The crash resulted in suspected serious injuries to the 59-year-old  driver of the Ford, who was not publicly identified. The driver was found to have been drinking and was charged with driving while intoxicated. Other occupants involved sustained minor or no injuries. The investigation is complete.
