San Antonio Police are investigating a crash that injured a woman at Culebra Rd and Williams Ave in San Antonio, TX on August 20th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:04 a.m. According to investigators, an unidentified woman was attempting to cross the road when she was struck by a vehicle.
