Authorities in Coryell County, TX, are investigating a three-vehicle collision on December 30, 2024, at approximately 8:17 p.m. on FM 116. A RAM 3500, allegedly driven by a 35-year-old man under the influence of alcohol, failed to maintain its lane and collided with a parked Volkswagen Passat. The impact pushed the Passat into a Toyota RAV4. The driver of the RAM was cited for intoxication assault. A 39-year-old female passenger in the Passat sustained serious injuries, while a 14-year-old passenger in the same vehicle was reportedly uninjured.
