What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Illinois Ave and Fordham Rd Dallas, TX on June 16th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 11:14 a.m. According to investigators, a Lexus GS 350 headed westbound is alleged to have turned into the path of an eastbound Chevrolet Impala. Reports say this led to the Chevrolet to collide with the rear of a Lexus before the Lexus continued forward and collided with a Chevrolet Silverado stopped at a nearby stop sign. Authorities say the 37-year-old driver of the Impala, who was not publicly identified, was seriously injured. Two passengers, ages 38 and 22, had possible, unconfirmed injuries, reports say.
