San Antonio Police are investigating a pedestrian accident at  North Loop 1604 near Lockhill Selma Rd in San Antonio, TX on August 14th, 2022. They say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. Investigators believe Hyundai Sonata headed westbound is said to have veered into a median and struck a pedestrian.
