Authorities have information on a crash that injured a woman at State Hwy 16 and Haley Ln in Bandera County, TX on January 18th, 2024. Police sy the incident happened around 4:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Liberty headed northbound on Hwy 16 was allegedly operating at a speed police believe was unsafe while navigating a curve in the road. They say the vehicle lost control and veered from the road before sliding into a fence. The driver, a 53-year-old woman who was not publicly identified, was allegedly seriously injured. Authorities expressed believe the woman may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision and add she was hospitalized for treatment of her injuries.
