What Happened

Authorities in Bexar County, TX, are investigating a serious multi-vehicle collision that occurred on March 2, 2025, at approximately 12:38 p.m. at the intersection of State Loop 1604 and Pleasanton Road. A 2018 Ram 2500 pickup truck was traveling northeast when it entered the intersection against a flashing red light and collided at an angle with a 2020 Toyota 4Runner traveling southeast. The impact caused a secondary collision with a 1999 GMC Sierra. The crash resulted in one suspected serious injury to a 30-year-old female occupant of the GMC Sierra, who was ejected from the vehicle.
