Texas Department of Public Safety officials have information on a crash that injured a woman at Martin Luther King Blvd in Houston, TX on April 21st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:45 p.m. Police say an unidentified 30-year-old Houston woman was walking on the sidewalk when she was struck from behind by a vehicle that veered from the road. The vehicle also struck a light pole and the driver reportedly fled the scene on-foot without rendering aid to the woman. The woman was taken to an area hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
