Authorities in Houston, TX, are investigating a rear-end collision that occurred on January 31, 2025, at approximately 8:25 a.m. on State Loop 8. A 2020 Kia Sportage, allegedly driven by a 37-year-old male, failed to control speed and rear-ended a 2024 Toyota RAV4. The 54-year-old female driver of the RAV4 sustained serious injuries and was transported to a nearby medical facility.
