Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a collision that killed a woman at Grand Parkway and Kuykendahl in Houston, TX on April 5th, 2025. Police say the incident happened around 1 a.m. Investigators say a vehicle allegedly headed eastbound in the westbound lanes of Grand Parkway collided head-on with another vehicle. The impact is said to have caused that vehicle to strike a third vehicle, before it overturned.
