Houston Police are investigating a collision that killed a woman at Selinsky Rd in Houston, TX on August 25th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:55 p.m. A woman in her 50's was crossing at a crosswalk with a walker when an eastbound vehicle collided with the woman. The vehicle never stopped and police say the vehicle, according to witnesses, appeared to be racing with another vehicle at the time. The woman that was struck died at the scene.
