Houston Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Veterans Memorial Dr and Fallbrook Dr in Houston, TX on August 5th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. According to investigators, an unidentified woman walking on the side of the highway before she was struck by a vehicle The vehicle involved is said to have fled the scene and the woman was left behind, passing away at the scene. Two other vehicles collided while attempting to avoid the woman in the roadway just after the initial collision and both drivers were hospitalized with minor injuries.
