Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at FM 1314 in Montgomery County, TX on August 9th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 9:50 p.m. According to investigators, a Kia Soul was headed southbound before allegedly entering onto the northbound side of the road and colliding head-on with a Chevrolet Silverado. Reports indicate both the 45-year-old Chevrolet operator and an 81-year-old passenger were seriously injured. A 48-year-old passenger had minor injuries, reports say. The Kia operator was identified as 29-year-old Xavier Pierce, who was fatally injured in the incident. Additional information was not available.
