What Happened

Texas Game Wardens are investigating a crash that killed a man at Lake Texoma in Pottsboro, TX on July 18th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9 a.m. 21-year-old Yahnah-Yaqqiyr Zion Wynn-Bey was with a group of friends for a fishing trip on a guided charter boat before he reportedly fell out of the boat. Police say that he was searched for for a day and a half before his body was later recovered. Officials do not believe drugs or alcohol played factors in the incident.
