Police say the incident happened around 9:13 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Tundra is said to have reversed out of a parking spot before striking another individual nearby. That individual, identified as 21-year-old Yoselin Garcia Atjun, was pinned between the Toyota and another vehicle. Following this, reports claim the Toyota fled the scene, leaving Atjun behind with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening in nature. Reports say the driver of the Toyota, later identified as 44-year-old Fidel Mendez Juarez, was later located and charged with Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
