Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Mason Rd and Oxford Ln in Fort Bend County, TX on October 10th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2 a.m. A Toyota Corolla operated by 22-year-old Zachary Delfish was reportedly headed southbound on Mason Rd when, according to investigators, it failed to control its speed and veered from the road. It then crashed into a tree in a median, causing Delfish serious injuries. Officers recommended and/or issued a DWI charge.
