What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at US 69 in Huntington, TX on April 18th, 2022. Officials say the incident happened around 8:44 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet C1500 operated by 24-year-old Zachary Lee Miles was pulling out of parking lot to head onto US 69 when it collided with a commercial truck headed southbound on US 69 in an outside lane. The crash caused serious injuries to Miles while the truck driver, a 28-year-old Seagoville man, was not injured.
