Officials in Reagan County, TX, have information on a single-vehicle crash that occurred on December 13, 2024, at approximately 3:06 p.m. on State Highway 137. Investigators are saying a Ford Transit van, traveling north, made a faulty evasive maneuver and struck a fence, sustaining rollover damage. The 65-year-old  driver, who was unrestrained and partially ejected, sustained suspected serious injuries and was cited for not wearing a seatbelt. A 26-year-old passenger was uninjured. Faulty evasive action and defective tires were identified as contributing factors. The investigation is complete.
