Dickinson Police are searching for a driver responsible for the death of a teen at Dickinson Ave in Dickinson, TX on November 1st, 2021. Officials say 17-year0old Ziyanna Jones was walking home from a Halloween party around 12:30 a.m. when she was struck by an SUV. The SUV reportedly never stopped to render aid and fled prior to police and medical officials arrival at the scene. Jones died from her injuries. Police say later arrested 35-year-old Daniel Rodriguez in connection with the crash. Additional information was not available.
