Police say the incident happened around 5:35 p.m. A Peterbilt tractor-trailer operated by a 47-year-old Forestburg, TX reportedly failed to control its speed and crossed into the path of a Mercury Grand Marquis operated by 21-year-old ZMarqueiz Drajuan Neal Johnson. The vehicles collided and Johnson suffered minor injuries. The other driver was not injured.
