Police are believe 41-year-old Thomas Christopher Nelson was crossing Main Street when he was struck by a van. Following the collision, reports claim the van left the scene without stopping to render aid. Nelson was fatally injured at the scene. Authorities say the van owner was later located and allegedly identified as 30-year-old Jesus Ismael Casillas. Reports claim Casillas was arrested on charges related to canceling evidence.
