Virginia State Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-664 and College Dr in Suffolk, VA on March 4th, 2025. Police say the incident happened around 1:15 a.m. According to investigators, a Volkswagen GTI is said to have entered into a shoulder, its hazard lights active before its operator exited the vehicle.
