State Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at I-495 near Telegraph Rd in Fairfax, VA on July 26th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:30 p.m. A Honda passenger vehicle veered into a shoulder while attempting to pass another vehicle before crashing into a flatbed wrecker stopped in the shoulder.
