Virginia State Police are investigating a crash that killed two people at I-95 in Stafford County, VA on July 5th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 4:40 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer, Nissan Altima and Subaru Forrester were involved in a collision that occurred under unclear circumstances.
