What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person involved at Route 15 in Fluvanna County, VA on Match 19th, 2025. Police say the incident happened around 7:51 a.m. According to investigators, an emergency vehicle traveling northbound is alleged to have collided with a Ford F-150 that pulled into the intersection. Officials say the F-150 operator, identified as 61-year-old Luis J. Sanchez, was fatally injured. A passenger, identified as 42-year-old Marco H. Guerrero, was seriously injured and hospitalized for treatment. The emergency vehicle operator, identified as 21-year-old Virginia R. Davis, was seriously injured.
