State Police have identified the person killed in a two-vehicle collision on Washington Blvd and N Sycamore St in Arlington County, VA on November 3rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:29 a.m. The crash involved two vehicles, one of which was a van. In the collision, the driver of the van was ejected and became partially trapped under the vehicle. After extrication, he was taken to an area hospital and pronounced dead from his injuries. He was identified as 49-year-old Mauricio Campos Gomez. The four occupants of the other vehicle were hospitalized with minor injuries. Additional information was not available.
