Virginia State Police are investigating a crash that killed one person involved at Route 29 in Nelson County, VA on August 17th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:47 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Aveo entering into an intersection was struck by a tractor-trailer. Authorities say the driver of the Chevrolet, identified as 22-year-old Samantha L. Lively, was fatally injured. 19-year-old passenger, Heather E.
