Pulaski Police are investigating a collision that killed a driver at Cougar Trail Rd in Pulaski County, VA on December 2nd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:25 a.m. A pickup truck and a tractor-trailer are said to have collided head-on under unclear circumstances. Investigators were not able to say which vehicle may have been at fault but did confirm that the driver of the pickup truck, 24-year-old Warren Crow, died at the scene. The tractor-trailer driver was hospitalized with minor injuries.
