State Police are investigating a crash that killed a person at Route 460 in Prince Edward County, VA on October 21st, 2021. Police say the incident happened just after 2:30 p.m. A Toyota Tacoma was headed westbound on Route 460 when it turned left on Pamplin Rd. It was then struck by an eastbound tractor-trailer and the Tacoma spun into a road sigh. The driver of the Toyota, 86-year-old William W Clark, was seriously injured. A passenger, 59-year-old William Andrews Jr, died at the scene. The driver driver was not injured in the crash. Additional information was not immediately available.
