Area authorities are investigating a construction accident at Shoulders Hill Rd in Suffolk, VA on April 27th, 2022. Police say 38-year-old William Ryan O’Quain was operating a piece of construction equipment on a housing development site when a dump truck reversed into the vehicle.  O’Quain was pinned between the vehicles and suffered moderate injuries before being flown to an area hospital for treatment.
