Area authorities are investigating a collision that killed a man at Hwy 97 near Orondo, WA on October 12th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4:15 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Tacoma operated by 44-year-old Ascencion Garcia-Castillo, collided with a large piece of concrete that fell from a flatbed truck.
