Washington State Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at I-90 in Spokane, WA on November 30th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:22 a.m. Investigators say a semi-truck operated by 64-year-old Kevin Rise collided with the rear of a second semi-truck under unclear circumstances. The impact caused the second truck to hit a third truck parked in a shoulder nearby. The driver of the parked truck was outside the vehicle at the time, standing nearby and was hit by his truck in the collision. He was taken to an area hospital with unknown injuries. The other drivers were not injured. Additional information was not immediately available.
