What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that killed a child at 104th St and 24th Ave E in Midland, WA on January 17th, 2022. Police say a flatbed truck that had been reported stolen was involved in a hit-and-run where the vehicle struck two 12-year-old girls. One of the girls, identified as Immaculee Goldade, died at the scene and the other was hospitalized in critical condition. Police later arrested a 32-year-old suspect on charges that include Vehicular Homicide and Vehicular Assault.
