Washington State Patrol officials are investigating a collision that killed a driver at State Route 195 in Whitman County, WA on October 28th, 2021. The crash is said to have happened around 2 p.m. A semi-truck operated by 61-year-old Blaise Cordero is accused of veered into oncoming traffic and colliding with a Honda Ridgeline. The truck then struck a Dodge Ram 1500 and a Ford F-350. The driver of the F-350, 58-year-old John Anthony, suffered fatal injuries. One of the other drivers was injured, however the severity was not specified. Cordero was also injured and refused treatment. Additional information was not available.
