State Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-90 in Adams County, WA on April 13th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:17 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford pickup truck headed westbound on I-90 lost control when a steel plate crashed through the windshield of the vehicle and struck the driver. The truck lost control as a result and veered from the road through a center median. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Additional information was not available.
