What Happened

Washington State Patrol officials identified the driver killed in a crash at US 101 in Humptulips, WA on December 1st, 2023. Police say the incident left 76-year-old Richard Dowse with fatal injuries. Reports allege a Subaru Legacy operated by Dowse was stopped in a left turn lane as a log truck allegedly attempting passing on the left.
