What Happened

Police in the area have confirmed the death of a driver in relation to a crash at US 41 in Little River, WI on October 8th, 2021. They say it happened around 1:22 p.m. A dump truck operated by 42-year-old Johnathan Liegeois had just turned south onto US 41 from Maple Grove School Rd when it was struck in the rear by a pickup truck operated by 21-year-old Bradey Sorenson. Police say Liegeois was not wearing a seatbelt and was hospitalized with minor injuries. Sorenson was reportedly also not wearing a seatbelt and suffered fatal injuries.
