What Happened

Wisconsin State Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed three people at Hwy 21 and County Hwy Z in Adams County, WI on August 22nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:30 p.m. According to investigators, a northbound Jeep Cherokee reportedly pulled forward from a stop sign and was struck by an eastbound semi-truck. Three people involved, identified as 74-year-old Earl McCarthy, 68-year-old Diana McCarthy and 37-year-old Andriedy Montesino Hernandez, suffered fatal injuries.
