Greenfield Police Department officials are investigating a crash that killed one person at 198th St and Layton Ave in Greenfield, WI on September 29th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 12:38 p.m. According to investigators, a semi-truck is said to have struck a disabled vehicle under unclear circumstances. Following the collision, the truck is said to have also collided with a utility pole. One individual on the disabled vehicle died at the scene, reports say.
