Police say the incident happened around 6 a.m. According to investigators, a semi-truck operated by 39-year-old Yonos Abraham was headed northbound on US 151 under heavy snow and rain weather conditions before losing control. The truck crossed into a median and became jackknifed before it was started truck by a southbound truck operated by 61-year-old Marc Shaner.
