Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a man at I-410 in San Antonio, TX on May 21st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:55 p.m. According to investigators, a commercial truck operated by a 52-year-old San Antonio man was reportedly attempted to merge into another lane of traffic when it clipped a Dodge Ram attempting to pass.
